The founders of DIBA International GmbH are real farmers in East Africa whose farms serve as a demonstration project for smallholding coffee growers. Through their co-operative societies, we mobilise the farmers to grow coffee and train them in methods to improve their coffee quality. We monitor the quality of our primarily organic coffee right from the garden through the processing and storage up to the delivery to our esteemed customers.
We are dedicated to operating a business that is financially successful and personally fulfilling. We understand the harsh economic environment of our coffee growers that is why we reward them by buying their high quality coffee at a price above the prevailing market price. We buy coffee from selected groups of farmers who meet the required quality standards of coffee husbandry and storage procedure as demonstrated on our projects.
